4. Appointments & Cancellations
Once a service appointment is scheduled, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or refusal of future service bookings. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, and will notify you as promptly as possible.
5. Payment Terms

Payment methods accepted by Alducin Outdoor will be communicated to you at the time of service agreement. We reserve the right to update accepted payment methods at any time.
5.2 Payment Due
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of services. For larger or ongoing projects, we may require a deposit or milestone payments as outlined in your service agreement.
5.3 Late Payments
Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to late fees. We reserve the right to suspend ongoing services for accounts with outstanding balances.

To allow us to perform our services effectively and safely, you agree to:

Alducin Outdoor is not responsible for damage resulting from conditions that were not disclosed to us prior to commencement of work.
